Refund Policy

All purchases on Verdict are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). This policy explains when refunds are available for our subscription plans and prepaid credit packs.

1. Subscription plans

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access (and your monthly credit allowance) until then.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase of a subscription and have made no material use of the plan's paid features in that period, we will refund that payment in full upon request.
• Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun, except as described in Section 4.

2. Prepaid credit packs (top-ups)

• Credit packs are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits from that pack have not been spent.
• Credits that have been consumed by testing sessions are non-refundable — they represent computing work (browser execution and AI analysis) that has already been performed.
• Purchased credits never expire, so unused credits remain available indefinitely while your account is active.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@verdict-app.netfrom the address associated with your account, including your order or receipt number from Paddle. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Faulty service

If a testing session fails to run due to a fault on our side, the credits for that session are automatically reconciled and returned to your balance. If you believe you were charged for a session that did not deliver what was promised, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund the affected charge or credits.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, including mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights in the EU, UK, and the Republic of Korea.
